Purchasing and Billing Help
All of our games are delivered through affiliate websites, such as Big Fish Games, Reflexive Arcade, or Oberon Media. For any kind of billing/payment issue, you should contact the website you bought it from, since we are unable to do anything about these issues. The help section of some of the key sites that sell our games can be found here:
Gameplay Help
If you would like help with the gameplay, or have found what appears to be a bug in our game, please contact us, and we’ll see what we can do to help or fix the problem. However, you may want to check our FAQ below to make sure your question has not already been answered.
Also, before you try to look for help with technical issues, you should first check that you have the latest version of DirectX. You can go to Microsoft's free update service at http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com to see if there are any updates missing. You should also check that you have the latest version of the game, which is XXX. You can see the version number of the game you have by playing in “windowed mode” and looking at the version number in the bar along the top of the window.
Frequently Asked Questions
Just click on the big Download button on the side of the page! Then, depending on your operating system and browser, you will be prompted to download and install the file. Click the "Open" button on that popup to download and install in one step.

Once you have downloaded the game, simply click the "Open" button on the download dialog or double-click the downloaded file. From there on, follow the instructions it gives you – which is pretty much pressing OK a few times.

When the trial version is over, you’ll see a purchase screen. Follow the instructions there to buy the game. Alternatively, the trial version will offer you a chance to buy the game every time you start, even if you have not completed the trial. We highly recommend buying the game right away. It feels good.

Goodness, that’s no good. Please send us as much detail as you can about what happens when you try to run the game, and we’ll see if we can help you out.

Please send us a description of what the bug is, and what you were doing when it happened. If you can reproduce the bug (make it happen by following a certain set of steps), then letting us know those steps is hugely helpful. When the bug is fixed, we’ll upload the new build and let you know. And we’ll be really happy with you for helping out.

Yes you can. The website you bought it from will have instructions on doing this for you. Use one of the support links above to find that information for the appropriate site.

Not at the moment. Buy it online and save some trees.

You will need a PC with Windows XP or Vista, and a reasonable amount of memory to play our games. In general, if your computer is 5 years old or newer, you’ll be just fine.

There are two very likely possibilities: Either you have a very old computer that cannot play this game, or your computer is full of spyware or viruses. A good test for this is to download any other game from the site you bought our game from, and see if it can play any other casual games. In general, our games should perform as well as any other casual game. If it does not, please let us know. If all casual games run slow on your machine, we suggest doing a thorough virus scan and spyware check on your machine. If that doesn’t fix it, it’s likely your computer has a shortage of memory or processing power.

This could be because the game was previously installed and played on your computer, and was uninstalled. Please purchase the game from our site to play the full version.

The most likely cause of this is that you downloaded the game from two different distributors. To prevent people from “chaining the demos” to add extra hours of gameplay by downloading different copies of the same game, we create a different savegame for each distributor. If you want your save game to appear, buy the game from the site you downloaded the copy you were playing to make the save game with.

Please don’t. It hurts our feelings. But if you really must uninstall:
- Go to the Start menu in the bottom left corner of your screen
- Open the Control Panel
- Click on Add or Remove Programs
- Choose the game you wish to uninstall from the list of programs
- Click on the Remove button to the right of the program

Our games will NEVER install anything on your computer without telling you what it is doing first. We will only install files required to run the games, and nothing else. As developers who make their living using digital distribution, we likely hate viruses and spyware even more than you do.

Nope! Some games have online highscore features that will compare your scores with other scores around the world, and you’ll need to be online for that to work. But you can always play our games anytime you want. On the bus, on a plane… we especially recommend airports.

Very possibly! Sign up for our newsletter, and we’ll let our users know when we have something cool coming up that we need testers for.
